After the changes in the laws regarding the coverage of the foreign students on scholarship at our university by the Social Security Insurance, the right to conduct insurance procedures regarding our students has been taken over by Social Security Provincial Directorates and Social Security Centers. Therefore, those who would like to benefit from the Social Security services, as stated in the legal statements below, should apply within three months of their registration (the students registering for the first time at the university after May 21st2013). Those who do not apply within the given time period CANNOT benefit from the Social Security services ever again.

Those who have already registered at the time this article is published will be included in the general health insurance only if they apply within six months of the publication of this article.

It is strongly recommended that our students (those who have the right to apply) apply to Social Security Centers ASAP, to prevent any inconveniences as this issue has a time limit.
