Steps to Use the Healthy Living Center

- The monthly usage fee for the Healthy Living Center must be paid to the bank account specified below.

- You can visit the Healthy Living Center with your ITU identification document and the receipt obtained from the bank to benefit from the facilities.
- Individuals under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the Healthy Living Center.

Healthy Living Center Usage Fees

Cash payments are strictly not accepted for ITU Healthy Living Center usage fees.

The usage is carried out by depositing the previous month's fee to Vakıflar Bankası Maslak Branch (Branch Code: 401, Account No: 00158007296855662, IBAN NO: TR07 0001 5001 5800 7296 8556 62) and by having the bank receipt containing the note "Name-Healthy Living Center ... Monthly Membership Fee" processed by the reception attendant. Please present the following documents to the reception attendant while processing your receipt.

Rules to Follow in the Healthy Living Center (HLC):

  • Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to engage in sports activities in the HLC.
  • It is recommended that all users consult a doctor and obtain approval before starting any sports activity. Individuals with any health conditions that could pose a problem during any activity should inform the responsible personnel before using the facility.
  • The university cannot be held responsible for health problems that may arise from sports activities.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn during exercise.
  • Sports shoes should be thoroughly cleaned before entering the facility. Outdoor shoes, even if they are sports shoes, should not be worn inside the facility.
  • When using conditioning and cardio equipment, it is advised to wear a T-shirt for both health and equipment protection. It is recommended to bring a towel for placing on the equipment and wiping sweaty areas.
  • The equipment should be checked before use. In particular, free weights should not be used without checking and securing the safety screws.
  • After completing the workouts, used equipment should be returned to their designated places.
  • If there is an error on the treadmills, the plug should not be pulled out. The attendant should be informed immediately.
  • Unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed in the HLC.
  • The enforcer of the rules and the authorized person within the HLC is the attendant. Each user must comply with the warnings and instructions of the HLC personnel.
