Procurement Department

The Procurement Department is responsible for carrying out procurement, tendering, and accrual processes related to the necessary goods, services, and construction for the nutrition, accommodation, health, culture, sports, and other needs of the units affiliated with the Presidency. It is subject to the legislation including the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735, Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018, and Higher Education Law No. 2547
